Here at Red House Farm we grow all of our flowers lovingly from seed months in advance for your special occasions. Our seasonal blooms will be cut as close to your event as possible ready to be transformed into something magical.

We work alongside the seasons and use the very best of the flowers growing at the time before your special day.

From beautiful Ranunuclus in the Spring to stunning Dahlias in the late Summer and Autumn.

What We Offer

We no longer offer a floral design service with our flowers however do not let that put you off our beautiful locally grown flowers!

We offer our stunning seasonal flower buckets with the most spectacular flowers with style and shape like no other. They contain a beautiful mix of the most delicate and beautifully scented seasonal flowers which are hard to find elsewhere. By choosing our bespoke flower buckets you are able to add your own personal touch to your special event. You are able to create your own beautiful bouquets, table arrangements and much more, the choice is yours!

Don’t feel intimidated, it isn’t as hard as you think it is!

I am on hand to offer help, advice and support if needed. I will also be hosting workshops throughout the growing season sharing how to create beautiful handtied and other various arrangements. So feel free to attend one of those prior to your special event for some tips and tricks!

Our Flowers

Our style is inspired by nature, we flow with the rhythms of the seasons. We like the flowers to speak for themselves, each individual one so unique and special in their own way. We cut the best flowers that are growing in season at the time of your special day. For this reason buckets are usually growers choice, we can however cut to specific colour schemes if required.

Seasonal Mixed Flower Buckets

The buckets contain on average 50/60 stems - depending on the type of flower. They are a beautiful mix of focal flowers, filler flowers and foliage all super unique and extra special in their own way.

FAQs

  • For a rough guide on quantities and how many buckets you will need for your event, I have listed below the overall number of stems required to create certain pieces. Please note this is a rough guide and the number of stems will vary depending on the flowers used and overall size and shape of the blooms.

    Bridal bouquet - 20-50 stems

    Bridesmaid flowers - 20-40 stems

    Buttonholes - 3-5 stems

    Jam Jars / table posies - 5-15 stems

    Larger table arrangements - 20-50 stems

    Large statement pieces / milk churns - 60-100 stems

  • Unfortunately at this current moment in time we do not offer installation services. We mainly focus on growing and supplying the beautiful flowers for your special day. Although we do small amounts of floristry work here, we currently do not offer this service outside of the farm. You will need to contact a wedding florist if you require any support setting up your venue. We are however happy to help advise.

  • We prefer to cut your flowers as close to your special day as possible. This ensures the freshest beautiful stems. We store them here in water in our dark, cool flower workshop to preserve the blooms ahead of your special day. We can arrange collection or delivery of your flowers whenever you would prefer.

  • The DIY buckets are mainly growers choice, only because we prefer to choose what is growing best at the time of your event. You are more then welcome to discuss any flowers that you would prefer and if there are any you would rather not be included. We can also cut to any colour scheme you desire.

    We welcome you to come and view the flowers growing here at the farm ahead of time so you can get a feel for what will be in season for your special day.

  • Working with the British weather can sometimes have its ups and downs. As you can appreciate the weather in the UK can be quite unpredictable at times, with random heatwaves and sudden downpours. Please be assured that we have access to other local growers and suppliers of beautiful flowers should the worst case scenario happen here at the farm.

  • Unfortunately we no longer offer a floral arrangement service with our event flowers. We can however offer any help and advise you may need, we are always happy to help. It isn’t as tricky as you may think! We will be hosting floral workshops across the year which you can join along before your special day to get a feel for arranging the flowers. You will need to contact a floral design service or a florist if you require help with arranging your bouquets and decorating your venue.

Our Terms

We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties as we work with what is currently in season, however I can cut to a specific colour scheme if desired.

We encourage you to send through any photos and inspirations you may have however please note we cannot copy any designs. We work with the flowers that we have growing here on the farm, and use what is growing best at the time of your special day.

We would be delighted to show you the flowers that we have available and advise ahead of time what would be in season. You are also welcome to visit the flower farm to see the flowers growing in the ground.

The flowers are cut as close to your day as possible especially for you. They are stored carefully here at the farm and will be available for you to collect or be delivered locally at an additional cost.

Please note we do not currently offer any flower installation services, if this is something you require then please contact a wedding florist. We currently only offer mixed seasonal flower buckets.
